An October afternoon, in Huntington Beach, is not tremendously exciting. This is particularly true on Tuesdays. You see, Huntington Beach hosts Surf City Nights, every Tuesday evening, throughout the year. This means Main Street is closed to normal traffic as merchants, street performers, and farmer’s market vendors set up.
The three blocks of Main Street are the scene of Surf City Nights. Vendors begin setting up about 2PM.
Where Main Street meets PCH (Pacific Coast Highway), the city has built a pier.
With very few people watching opportunities on the streets or at the beach, I found a coffee shop, and met this handsome young man.
