This post is for: 1. Anyone who lives in Huntington Beach, but hasn’t had a chance to walk down Main Street and out on the Pier, recently. 2. Those friends who have visited HB, and miss it. 3. Those who have never visited.
For all of you, I walked downtown, recently, and this is what I saw. I saw: Bicycles, skateboards, surfboards, families with young kids, lovers (young and old), senior citizens, people speaking foreign languages, buskers, restaurants, coffee shops, candy stores, bars, girls in bikinis, people kicking a ball, lifeguards, a motorcycle cop, new trash cans, some election signs.
If you want to see some of what I saw, just scroll down. An Olympus OMD-EM5 was used for all images.
The first series of photos were made with a Rokinon 7.5mm, f/3.5 Ultra Wide-Angle Fisheye lens with a 180 degree field of view — hence the curvature at the edges.
The next series was shot with a M.Zuiko 40-150mm R lens.
The final set was shot with a Zuiko 17mm, f/2.8.
